Electrical Enclosure 300H x 200W x 150D IP66 Grey

At 300 × 200 × 150mm in RAL7035 grey, this S1 wall-mount enclosure suits distribution boards, control gear and instrumentation in industrial, commercial and light-washdown environments where dust, water ingress or impact would otherwise compromise the equipment inside. Powder-coated galvanised steel construction rated to IP66 IK10.

Construction

A robust monoblock galvanised steel body with flat-face sealing surfaces and pre-fitted blind nutserts eliminates field drilling and retains IP integrity over the enclosure's working life. Concealed removable hinges with captive pins allow a full 110° door opening. A machine-applied full-perimeter UL listed polyurethane seal foamed in place (FIP) provides continuous sealing rated to −40°C to +80°C, with 160°C short-term loading tolerance.

Surface Treatment

UL approved AkzoNobel epoxy polyester powder coat applied with a textured finish at 80–120 microns. A full range of RAL colours is available on request.
