Electrical Enclosure Polycarbonate 400H x 300W x 210D IP66

At 400 × 300 × 210mm, this wall-mount enclosure suits distribution boards, control gear and instrumentation in corrosive, outdoor and washdown environments where a lightweight, non-conductive housing is preferred over steel. Fully insulated high-impact polycarbonate construction rated to IP66 IK10.

Protection: IP66 IK10, NEMA 1, 4, 4X, 12, 13 (Independent accredited test laboratory).

Standards (& Conformities): IEC/EN 60529, IEC/EN 62208, IEC/EN 61439. Halogen-free (DIN/VDE 0472), UL94 5VA flammability, glow-wire tested to 960°C (IEC 60695).

Construction

A one-piece high-impact polycarbonate body and door resist corrosion, UV and chemical attack without the coating breakdown that limits painted steel, and stay fully insulated for safe use in wet or exposed installations. A machine-applied full-perimeter polyurethane seal and patented non-corrosive hinges complete the enclosure. Moulded in RAL7035 light grey throughout, so surface damage will not expose a different substrate colour.
