At 1375 × 750 × 800mm in grey, this ventilated 24U/RU pole-mount field cabinet houses large data-network, switchgear and infrastructure equipment in roadside, traffic-management and other heavy-duty outdoor installations. 2.5mm marine-grade aluminium construction rated to IP55 IK10, with flush-recessed vandal-resistant door and 3-point swing-handle locking.

Construction

Body: 2.5mm marine-grade aluminium 5754-H111. Robust monoblock body with flat-face sealing surfaces, integral device-plate mounts and M6 earth stud. The flush-recessed front door resists vandalism and unauthorised access, with concealed removable hinges, 110° opening and heavy-duty door stay. Fan/filter cutouts and hinged vent hoods are fitted as standard (fans and filters ordered separately). A machine-applied full-perimeter UL listed polyurethane seal (FIP) seals to −40°C to +80°C. 3-point key-lock swing-handle locking.

Surface Treatment

UL approved AkzoNobel polyester powder coat, smooth gloss finish, 80–120 micron — durable exterior colour retention. Standard colour T33 Smoke Blue; other colours available on request.

What's Included: Cabinet body, door with FIP polyurethane seal and A4 plan pocket, device mounting plate (pre-fitted), M6 earth stud, heavy-duty door stay. Pole-mount bracket and base ordered separately.
