19" Data Rack 9RU x 450D IP66 Black

This 9RRU 450mm-deep 19-inch wall-mounted data rack in black houses network, server and comms equipment in outdoor and harsh environments where standard racks would not survive. Galvanised steel construction with fitted 19" rails, rated to IP66 IK10 and built to EIA-310-D.

Construction

Robust monoblock 1.5mm galvanised steel body with flat-face sealing surfaces and a galvanised steel gland plate in the base for cable management. Front and rear 19" rails (600mm-deep racks); front rails on shallower units. Concealed removable hinges allow a 110° door opening. Sealed non-ventilated construction for full IP66 ingress protection. A machine-applied full-perimeter UL listed polyurethane seal (FIP) seals to −40°C to +80°C. 5mm double-bit quarter-turn key lock.

Surface Treatment

UL approved AkzoNobel epoxy polyester powder coat, textured, 80–120 micron. Standard colour RAL7035 — other colours on request.

What's Included: Data rack body, door with FIP polyurethane seal, fitted 19" rack rails, gland plate with gaskets and fasteners, M6 earth studs. Rear swing frame and accessories ordered separately.
