Field Cabinet 42U/RU 2275H X 750W X 620D IP66 Moss Green, Non-Ventilated

At 2275 × 750 × 620mm in moss green, this non-ventilated 42U/RU pole-mount field cabinet houses large data-network, switchgear and infrastructure equipment in roadside, traffic-management and other heavy-duty outdoor installations. Galvanised steel construction rated to IP66 IK10, with flush-recessed vandal-resistant door and 3-point swing-handle locking.

Protection: IP66 IK10, NEMA 4 (Independent accredited test laboratory).

Standards (& Conformities): IEC/EN 62208, IEC/EN/AS60529, RoHS, CE, UKCA.

Construction

Body: 1.5mm galvanised steel; Door: 2.0mm galvanised steel. Robust monoblock body with flat-face sealing surfaces, integral device-plate mounts and M6 earth stud. The flush-recessed front door resists vandalism and unauthorised access, with concealed removable hinges, 110° opening and heavy-duty door stay. Supplied non-ventilated; fan/filter cutouts available on request. A machine-applied full-perimeter UL listed polyurethane seal (FIP) seals to −40°C to +80°C. 3-point key-lock swing-handle locking.

Surface Treatment

UL approved AkzoNobel polyester powder coat, smooth gloss finish, 80–120 micron — durable exterior colour retention. Standard colour T33 Smoke Blue; other colours available on request.

What's Included: Cabinet body, door with FIP polyurethane seal and A4 plan pocket, device mounting plate (pre-fitted), M6 earth stud, heavy-duty door stay. Pole-mount bracket and base ordered separately.
