CAN I COME IN AND BUY OVER THE COUNTER?

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom or facilities to service walk-in sales. We do offer a Click-and-Collect service, you can place your order online and pickup from our warehouse between the hours of 7am-3pm when you receive a collection notification.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

• UK Mainland 1-3 day delivery; orders over £500 FOC delivery, smaller orders have £15 carriage charge.
• UK Mainland AM next day delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays); £40 carriage charge (Please note, there is a 1 PM cut off for next day delivery.)
• Offshore; carriage charged at cost.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Mainland UK deliveries 1-3 days (or guaranteed next day at an extra cost) If the website is not allowing your shipping address at checkout, please contact us as it may be a simple formatting error.

WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?

We use UPS for small parcel consignments, and Avon Freight for our pallet consignments; we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A MIX OF IN STOCK AND ORDER IN PRODUCTS?

Usually we will split the order and dispatch what we have in stock, and send the remainder of the backordered items when they arrive in our warehouse. You can request to hold orders until all items are in stock if you prefer.

IS THERE AN ORDER CUT-OFF TIME?

• Order cut-off for Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends and bank holidays) is 1pm.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

It varies greatly based on the destination and the products ordered. Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse in Bromsgrove within 24 hours for in-stock items. You can use the estimates below as a rough guide for shipping time:

• Mainland UK deliveries next-day

These estimates do not apply if the destination is regional or remote. Once orders leave our warehouse we have very little control over the actual shipping time. If you need a more accurate estimate of shipping time please contact us.
