42U x 800W x 800D IP55 19" Rack Cabinet
The IP Enclosures MF1S range of powder coated galvanised steel modular floor standing cabinets fitted with 19” racks is designed for low voltage industrial applications. The enclosure provides protection up to IP55 and includes front and rear doors with precision engineered cut-outs for fans and vents to support efficient ventilation and fast installation. Top and bottom gland plates are included for structured cable management.

Enclosure Body and Main Frame: The modular enclosure body and frame are fabricated from 2.0mm galvanised steel using a W profile system with a 20mm hole pattern. Galvanised steel gland plates are fitted to the top and bottom. Integrated 19” rack rails are installed. Two 291mm x 291mm cut-outs are positioned diagonally opposite to accommodate a fan and vent.
Front and Rear Doors: Fabricated from 2.0mm galvanised steel sheet with four concealed hinges. Doors open up to 135°. Each door includes earth studs for grounding continuity.
Enclosure Side and Roof Panels: Removable panels fabricated from 1.2mm galvanised steel sheet.
Enclosure Base: 100mm high base.
Door Seal: Replaceable high quality EPDM seal.
Enclosure Locks: 4 point locking system with key lock swing handle.
Gland Plates: Fabricated from 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet and supplied with gaskets and fasteners.
Earthing: All panels are bonded to maintain earthing continuity.
Surface Treatment: UL approved AkzoNobel epoxy polyester powder coated textured finish with 80 to 120 micron average thickness.
